cancellation policy

24 HR NOTICE REQUIRED TO CANCEL OR RESCEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.

​LATE CANCELLATIONS MAY BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE FEE.

NO SHOWS WILL REQUIRE DEPOSIT TO BOOK FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.

Late arrivals may require part of your service to be skipped (blow dry, style etc.) or rescheduled if needed.

 

If you receive a service that needs an adjustment, please contact me within 7 calendar days.  I will be happy to adjust it for free or at a discounted rate.

After 7 days, adjustments may be charged at full-service price.

Massage service policy

Late arrivals will result in a shorter session or rescheduled if needed. 

 

Please inform me of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes in health before your session.

 This is a therapeutic environment, and any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment will be required. 

Your comfort is my priority. While I prefer to maintain a quiet environment for relaxation, please feel free to communicate your pressure preferences, areas of concern, or discomfort at any time during your session.

retail PRODUCT POLICY

If you are unhappy with a product purchased, please let me know. I will exchange it for another product to better suit your needs. 

 

Products may be exchanged within 7 calendar days of purchase.

Exchanges will not be accepted if product is more than 25% used.

Price differences for exchanged items will need to be paid at the time of exchange, or if the exchange is less, a credit in the form of a gift card will be given.
